We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer full refunds for items not on sale. Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of date posted on packing slip.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags. You also must include the original invoice in your package.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com and indicate your order number, item number that you are returning and quantity. Then please ship your return item using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

Once your return is received and approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you would like to order a different size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate you'd like to exchange an item. Then return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the item meets the return requirements laid above. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
Please note that the sender is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. We strongly recommend using registered or tracking post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.
